We're expanding our operations and have an exciting opportunity for a full-time bilingual English and French speaking Data Technician to join our brand new office in Watford.

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining content, as well as cleaning and analyzing dealer service data, sales and financing records within the division. Working collaboratively with other Data Technicians, Event Coordinators, and other team members, your role is critical in the preparation of successful sales events.
Reporting to the Data Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and analyzing dealer sales and service records to assist in preparation of Absolute Results direct mail and other marketing programs
- Cleaning and analyzing dealer F&I records in preparation of Absolute Results direct mail and other marketing programs
- Remotely accessing the dealerships in order to run reports in DMS and to acquire databases
- Contacting dealerships to help receive the dealerships database information and to resolve data issues. as required
- Actively communicating with Event Coordinators about dealerships data
- Ensuring proper records for dealerships are kept up-to-date with DNC
- Being a role model that showcases Absolute Results Productions Ltd.'s culture both internally and externally
- Keeping up-to-date with advances in computer technology and how this affects the business environment
- Other duties, as required
The Ideal Candidate
For this role, we're seeking someone who's fluent in English and French and who has a post-secondary education in a relevant field (computer science, information technology or management).
Capable of using the MS Office, you'll have demonstrated proficiency with Excel and Access query, formulas and data manipulation. Working knowledge of RDMBS and MSSQL, including MySQL database and query tools is an asset.
Highly organized and capable of effective multitasking, you'll manage multiple workflows and projects with ease. You'll also be a strong communicator and possess excellent people management and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is extremely important for success in this role.
